Stage 1 · Your decisions
What entity, what name, who is involved.
Four services for small businesses, carried out at the client's direction.
You decide what entity you want and what it should say; we prepare the paperwork accurately and submit it. Most rejected filings are small clerical errors, and avoiding those is the service. Which entity suits you is a question for an attorney or CPA, and we will say so.

A registered agent must be available at a Florida street address during business hours, which is awkward for anyone who travels or works from home. We receive service of process and official mail, tell you the same day, and forward it — missing a served document is how default judgments happen.
Florida annual reports are due by 1 May, and missing them leads to a late fee and eventually administrative dissolution. We hold the calendar, remind you early, and file on time. If an entity has already been dissolved, we can prepare the reinstatement paperwork.
Every entity and deadline held.
Weeks ahead, not days.
Submitted and confirmed.
Confirmation kept and sent to you.
The document and the deadline.
Typed and assembled accurately.
Identity verified, signature witnessed.
Kept and provided to you.
Notarial acts by a commissioned Florida notary, plus typing and assembling the documents and forms a small business accumulates. A notary verifies who you are and witnesses your signature — notarisation is not approval of a document's contents, and we do not advise on what you are signing.
