Why healthy companies get dissolved

A missed annual report, a changed email address, and a state that does not chase you twice.

How we work

Hold the calendar, know the line

Administrative dissolution almost never happens to a struggling business. It happens to a busy one whose owner changed email providers, never saw the reminder, and discovered the problem when a bank or a client ran a search on them.

Somebody has to hold that calendar, and in a small business it is nobody's actual job. Holding it externally costs very little and removes an entire category of avoidable damage.

The other half is knowing where clerical help stops. A filing service that tells you which entity to choose or drafts your operating agreement is practising law without a licence, and the person who suffers for that is the client holding a document nobody qualified ever reviewed.

Our principles

Three beliefs behind the method

Hold the deadlines

Missed reports dissolve good companies.

File it accurately

Most rejections are clerical errors.

Legal and tax decisions are not ours.
